Who we work with
We work with business owners of businesses, across all sectors. Typically their businesses have been established for a few years; they may have one or several owners and employ a number of staff, whether two or fifty or more. We tend to service clients within a 50 mile radius of London, concentrating in the northern home counties, being based near St Albans in Hertfordshire.Mark Lenthall
Mark’s career started in commercial property, as a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in the development, marketing and management of strategic property assets, in both the private and public sectors. Having subsequently graduated with a MBA from Aston Business School he spent two years consulting to private sector companies and public authorities, restructuring assets and introducing best practice systems for service delivery in the latter. Mark has spent the last 17 years totally immersed in the acquisition, starting up, developing, and managing of small and medium sized businesses, predominantly in the fast moving consumer goods sector.Mark’s experience ranges across distribution, product development and marketing, facilities management, intellectual property, wholesale, procurement, and retail, both in store and on line; in the course of which he has developed customer and supplier relationships with over 1,000 small and medium sized companies, in addition to nationals, local authorities, the MoD and NATO these relationships span right across the UK and internationally, in Ireland, Scandinavia, West Africa and across the Far East.
Over recent years Mark’s involvement has increasingly been on behalf of clients who are committed to getting what they want from their businesses; the remainder of his time being committed to product development and intellectual property associated with it.
Mark understands, first hand, the many challenges and opportunities, the highs and the lows, the thrills and frustrations that constantly confront the owners of small and medium sized businesses – having faced and mastered many of them, as a business owner.
